All items sold "AS IS." Complete payment auction day. Cash (US), Major Credit or Debit Cards cards (MC, Visa, Disc, Amex, no additional fee), Check (Michigan only!, no out-of-state checks). 10% Buyers Premium applies to all purchases. 6% Sales tax applies. Auction personnel act as sales agents only and are not responsible for accidents or items after sold. Announcements take precedence over printed mater. Other terms apply. NOTE: This is only a guide. Inspect items prior to bidding or placing bids. All information was furnished to us by sources believed to be reliable, but is not guaranteed and is subject to errors, omissions and deletions from the auction. The sellers have an option to protect their items.

Buyback fee is 2% of the final bid - maximum $85.00 per item buyback fee

How to consign your equipment to this auction:
Click here for a printable consignor (seller) form - Complete the consignor form (click above) and fax it to 810.266.6483 (no later than 3-days prior to the auction check-in date) or deliver the form to the Auction Yard with your item(s). Items will be accepted at the Auction Yard until 4:00 PM Friday before the Auction. Auction personnel are not responsible for un-received faxes, emails or phone calls. Please confirm receipt by calling 810.266.6474. Thank you.
All photos and information are posted at the web designers discretion. Call to confirm your photo was received: 810.266.6474. $5.00 per photo used on this web site (if received after web site deadline).

Removal within 1-week of Auction: Auction Day, CLOSED SUNDAYS, Monday thru Friday 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM to Noon - Any items left after this date may be charged a storage and loading fee if prior arrangements have not been made

FAQ's
May I leave my unsold lot for the next auction?
Yes, you may - you will need to notify the office personnel so they are aware and you will need to sign another consignor checkin form
What will happen if I cannot pick my purchase(s) up in the time allotted?
There may be a loading charge for lifting equipment or any assistance required. If arrangements have not been made storage charges will apply.
All items must be paid in full before removing them from the auction yard
